Refund and Cancellation Policy
Alcodex (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a range of services, including software and product services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for the services we provide.
1. Software Services
1.1. Refunds: If you have purchased our software services and are not satisfied with the results or experience any issues, please contact our customer support within 5 days of the purchase. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be provided at our discretion, taking into consideration the nature of the issue and the time since the purchase.
1.2. Cancellation: You can cancel your software service subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after the effective date of cancellation.
2. Product Services
2.1. Refunds: If you have purchased a physical product from us, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Damaged Product: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support within [X days] of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged product and issue a refund or send a replacement upon receipt of the returned product.
Product Defect: If the product has manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support within [X days] of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and issue a refund or send a replacement upon verification of the defect.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition.
2.2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return, and return guidelines (as mentioned above) will apply.
